1. Rotate Supine Leg Walks: This one is a very popular lower abs exercise. First of all, lie on your back and keep your hands under your buttocks. Now, lift one of your legs as high as you can. 2. Reverse Crunches: This is a little similar like the above exercise. First, lie on your back and put your hands under your buttocks. Then lower your legs a little but make sure that your legs are above the ground. In other words, your legs should not touch the ground. Keep your legs in this position for sometime, then raise the legs vertically like before.
