The only way to get rid of stomach fat is to join a gym and do weight lifting and cardio exercises. These exercises will help you burn a lot of fat everyday and flatten your stomach real fast. Additionally, if you want to get quick results, you can reduce your calorie intake. When calorie intake is reduced, your body will be forced to burn your fat for energy; and you know what will happen then - you will get rid of stomach fat!

Most people make the mistake of doing high intensity exercises as soon as they join the gym, and then they feel exhausted and think that the gym is not for them. Don't make the same mistake.
