3 Ways To Get Rid Of Love Handles!

There are two things you need to understand before you start getting rid of love handles. First of all, if your aim is just to get rid of love handles and leave the rest of the fat as is, then you need to redefine your aim. There is really no way to just get rid of love handles and keep the rest of the fat. When you do exercises, you will lose fat from all parts of your body, including tummy, hips, buttocks, and not just your love handles. One another thing you need to know is that some people are genetically prone to having love handles. If you are one of these people, then you need to work harder than others in order to get rid of love handles. Usually, women are believed to accumulate fat around hips, buttocks and thighs, while men tend to accumulate fat around the abdomen.

1. Fat is stored in special fat cells known as adipocytes. These adipocytes get smaller when they release fat, and get larger when they store fat. Adipocytes, when they become too large with fat, calls in the pre adipocytes to come and share the fat amongst themselves. In this way an individual gets fatter and fatter with every passing day. Exercise is the only way to reduce adipocytes. When you exercise, your body needs to burn fat in order to produce energy and at this point of time, the adipocytes release fat into the blood stream.
